Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup

Need a low carb sugar-free chocolate syrup to make chocolate milk and use as an ice cream topping? It's super easy to make your own with this easy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup LC Foods white sweetener - inulin or Swerve
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla stevia drops

Instructions

  1. Combine water, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt in medium pot.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat.
  3. Simmer on low for 5-10 minutes. Mixture should thicken up a bit.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla stevia.
