Prime Rib
Ingredients
  • 5 lb Standing Rib Roast or Rib Eye Roast room temperature
  • 4 TBSP Butter
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Salt
Instructions
  1. Season meat with garlic salt and pepper

  2. Place meat on top of your trivet

  3. Place a few pats of butter on top of your roast

  4. Air Crisp at 400 degrees for 23-25 min. You want the top to have a nice crispiness to it

  5. Add a few more pats of butter. Now Bake/Roast at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until it reaches the desired temperature

  6. Remove roast once temperature reaches your liking. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing to serve
