

Prime Rib
Ingredients
- 5 lb Standing Rib Roast or Rib Eye Roast room temperature
- 4 TBSP Butter
- Pepper
- Garlic Salt
Instructions

Season meat with garlic salt and pepper

Place meat on top of your trivet

Place a few pats of butter on top of your roast

Air Crisp at 400 degrees for 23-25 min. You want the top to have a nice crispiness to it

Add a few more pats of butter. Now Bake/Roast at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until it reaches the desired temperature

Remove roast once temperature reaches your liking. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing to serve
