Italian Breaded Steak
This is a stake recipe my Grandmother use to make all the time when I was a kid. This uses cubed steak, which is breaded with Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, lightly fried in Olive Oil, then steamed in a steamer until very tender

Ingredients
- 3 lbs cube stake
- 1 cup flour
- 3 cups Italian season breadcrumbs
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions

cut large steaks into smaller pieces approximately 3" square

dredge each steak in flour, then egg, then in the breadcrumbs

add about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of oil in pan and heat to approx 300 degrees. Fry each steak on each side for 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Transfer each steak to the double boiler steamer basket
