Grilled Peaches and Ice Cream

I had some nectarines that were still a little hard, but very flavorful and ready to eat. I decided to throw them on the grill and make a nice dessert out of them. Top as your heart desires, we just used honey. Enjoy!!!

Grilled Peaches

Quick Grilled Peaches

Ingredients
  • 6 Peaches
  • 6 Scoops Vanilla Ice Scream
  • Honey To taste
  • Flake sea salt
Instructions
  1. Heat grill to medium high

  2. Cut each peach in half and remove stone

  3. Brush cut side of peach with oil (Avocado, Canola) and place flesh side down on grill

  4. After a few minutes rotate 90 degrees for nice grill marks

  5. Cook another 4 to 5 minutes

  6. Remove from grill with tongs placing in bowl with flesh side up

  7. Top with large scoop ice cream

  8. Drizzle honey and sprinkle with sea salt flakes
