
This icing has been used in my family for generations using espresso coffee and is still a family favorite today.

Chocolate Coffee Icing

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter, soften
- 1/2 cup Brewed coffee (espresso)
- 2 cups Powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
Instructions

Combine cocoa powder, butter, and powdered sugar together and mix well

Slowly mix in coffee until desired consistency is reached. If too thick, add more coffee, if too thin, add more powdered sugar or cocoa powder if you don't want to make it sweeter.
