
This simple recipe makes great tasting hamburger patties. I like to make sliders, so that’s what is shown here.

Simple Hamburger Patty
Ingredients
- 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Lawry’s Colorful Coarse Ground Blend Seasoned Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Lawry’s Seasoned Salt Substitutions available
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
Instructions

Mix ground beef, seasoned pepper, seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl until well blended.

Shape into 4 patties.

Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Just make sure you don't over cook them as it will make the patty tough.

Top with your favorite cheese. I like to avoid over cooking and melt the cheese on with a torch.
