Simple Hamburger Patty

This simple recipe makes great tasting hamburger patties. I like to make sliders, so that’s what is shown here.

Simple Hamburger Patty
Ingredients
  • 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry’s Colorful Coarse Ground Blend Seasoned Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry’s Seasoned Salt Substitutions available
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
Instructions
  1. Mix ground beef, seasoned pepper, seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl until well blended.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Just make sure you don't over cook them as it will make the patty tough.

  4. Top with your favorite cheese. I like to avoid over cooking and melt the cheese on with a torch.
