

Maryland Crab Balls
Jeff's favorite crab balls.
Ingredients
- 1 lbs Maryland lump crabmeat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions

Mix together well all ingredients except crabmeat. Gently fold in the crabmeat and be careful not be break up the crabmeat lumps. Form into ½ in. diameter balls and deep fry in oil heated to 365 degrees until brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately. Makes about 12 balls.
