Spinach Rolls
A family favorite appetizer and great finger food
Ingredients
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach small
- ½ bottle imitation bacon bits
- 1 package ranch dip mix powder only
- 1 cup mayo
- 8 oz cream cheese
Instructions

Defrost spinach and squeeze to drain excess water. Make sure the spinach is dry as possible. Mix all ingredients except tortillas and store in fridge overnight (at least 12 hours). Spread thin layer on tortilla, roll tightly and cut into ½ inch pinwheels.
