Maryland Crab Balls Recipe

Maryland Crab Balls
Jeff's favorite crab balls.
Ingredients
  • 1 lbs Maryland lump crabmeat
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix together well all ingredients except crabmeat. Gently fold in the crabmeat and be careful not be break up the crabmeat lumps. Form into ½ in. diameter balls and deep fry in oil heated to 365 degrees until brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately. Makes about 12 balls.
