Miso Honey Glaze
Miso-Honey Glaze This Japanese-style glaze enhances whole salmon and salmon fillets with a deep savory flavor.
Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp light miso paste
  • Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon prepared according to package instructions
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Divide sauce into two bowls.
  3. Brush one bowl of sauce over both sides of salmon. Dispose of any leftover glaze.
  4. Prepare salmon according to package instructions.
  5. Spread remaining bowl of glaze over meat the last five minutes of cook time.
